Zolestio provides software development, web development, mobile application development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Zolestio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Client Work Product
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
License Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our intellectual property without our express written consent.
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services or communicating with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
Prohibited Activities

Termination

Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
